Adding honey to this mixture was a great idea, it creates a flavor I find pleasant but is quite unique. If there is any part I find difficult, it's actually the texture, as it has some 'grit' to it.

Was so excited to be getting this. I can't really say that it works but the aswaganda is there, you can taste it! I have tried some by itself and some in light roast cold brew coffee.

It has the sweetness of honey and a blended taste of aswaganda and honey.

It's not easy to taste in cold brew the way I drink it. If your cold brew is lighter (heavier on water and less coffee beans) then you should be able to taste it. By itself it's fine and the little packets come with a little cut to help tear.

I have some tea somewhere I am trying to find to add this to and try with. But overall it's solid.

By a landslide, these honey sticks are the best I've ever had. I've always been a fan of them and have usually gotten the common plastic tube versions, which often come in a variety of flavors, too, but none have come to close to how much I am enjoying these. You can tell it's a more natural honey by taste alone, but there is also the texture, which has a bit of crystallization to it. It is thicker and a little gritty, but definitely not in a bad way. It says vanilla flavored, and I can taste that, but to me it also has something of a clover flavor to it, which I am guessing is likely the Ashwagandha, and if so consider me a new fan. It's got a lingering aftertaste in the best way.

The recommended use is to take it as is from the tube, or mix it in with tea or another hot beverage. I don't think I'll try the latter personally though just because the honey is good enough I'd hate to lose that in a beverage. Excellent product, and I highly recommend. Kudos.

This package of seven sealed tubes of honey with KSM-66 Ashwagandha extract, which, I read is a specialized extract that is very effective for relaxation as well as improved cognitive function. The latter I can certainly use. The relaxing part I do not notice as much, after trying a tube in the mid morning, I continued to feel awake and alert and active as normal.
The flavor is very sweet (it is a tube of honey after all) but with a strong Vanilla flavor, which adds a richness and custard-like sense to the mouth feel.
I will see how my cognitive function fares. Maybe try a crossword puzzle.
