1. Received a damaged product / wrong size / wrong item?
No stress—we’ll fix it with a free exchange!

✔ Contact us within 7 days of delivery
✔ We’ll arrange a pickup from your address
✔ Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship the correct one your way

2. Changed your mind / Don’t like the product or size?
No problem—we’ve got you. Just a small heads-up:

A nominal exchange fee will be charged (based on the number of items and weight)

You’ll receive a secure payment link to prepay this fee

Once payment is done, we’ll raise a pickup

After receiving and inspecting the product, we’ll ship your new selection

✅ Exchange Eligibility:
Product must be unused, in its original condition, with tags intact

Invoice must be available

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Second-time exchange is not allowed

🚫 Cancellation Policy
Prepaid Orders:
Cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed

You may, however, request a product change or address update before dispatch

COD Orders:
COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
