Refund & Return Policy – Bargad Health

At Bargad Health, customer satisfaction and product safety are our top priorities.
We follow a strict return and refund process to ensure fairness and transparency.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Leaked product received

  • Broken product received

  • Expired product delivered

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal dislike

  • Incorrect product ordered by customer

  • Opened or used products

2. Return Request Timeline

You must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.

 

3. Proof Required

To process your request, you must share:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Video showing the damage/leak/breakage (if applicable)

  • Image of packaging (outer + inner)

This helps us verify claims quickly.

 

4. Replacement or Refund

Once your claim is approved:

  • A replacement will be arranged for the same product
    OR

  • A refund will be processed if the product is out of stock

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless damaged:

  • Opened wellness products

  • Used supplements

  • Products without original packaging

6. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Orders that are undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address shared by the customer are not eligible for returns or refunds.

 

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
